Three Hundred Shipping & Pre-Orders

All oversized items will be shipped UPS Ground with Full Insurance. Including Signature Confirmation if the order value is over $800. Smaller items will ship via USPS or UPS.

Pre-Orders will close on Aug. 21st 2023. Estimated arrival in the USA is 1-3 months after that depending on production time of Three Hundred. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are FINAL on Three Hundred products. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please be sure to do your own research to confirm if the items will fit your exact vehicle model/trim prior to ordering. Thank you!

There is combined shipping on MOST Three Hundred items, including some of the oversized items. Shipping will automatically lower if you add some pieces together compared to their separate shipping costs. Please understand there are a few oversized items which will not offer combined shipping as some will be boxed and shipped separately. This is because of its size and the requirements needed to ensure each item is packaged securely and safely for shipment.

All Three Hundred products will ship from our location in NJ, USA. Local Pick-Up is available to save on shipping. If you are willing to travel to Northern NJ (Essex/Morris County), contact us first (if you don't see the "lock pick-up" option at checkout) and we will get you sorted.

Placing an order during our Pre-Order will guarantee your item! If an item is not in stock at our USA location, we can drop-ship from Japan for you but the shipping costs will be much higher. Just contact us if you want an item outside of our Pre-Order or if it's not in stock and we will get the best quote shipped for you from Japan. We highly suggest to place your order during the Pre-Order phase since stock will be limited once we receive the products and will sell out quick. Thank you!

*All orders will be processed and shipped to you once they are received in the USA. If for some reason Three Hundred is out of stock or backed up for a longer period of time on any certain item, then we will import that item on our next shipment to not hold up the rest of the items/customers. If this is the case for any items you ordered, we will reach out to you and let you know, and you can decide to wait or ask to cancel/refund (only if the item is not shipped on the initial import)
