Shipping policy
Be sure to always check your Spam folder as some mail providers have a habit of sending Order Confirmation emails into Spam. Also be sure to white label our email (meaning to move our email into your Primary folder) so you won't miss your Order Update & Shipment emails.
Some items ship from different warehouses. You may receive your items in separate packages (you will receive an email with tracking for each package/items). Please note that some performance parts may not be "in stock" with the manufacturer and may take longer to ship. Please contact us prior to ordering if the order is time sensitive.
Depending on your Country, and the location of the item being shipped, you may have to pay duties/vat/taxes on the incoming mail parcel. This is paid by the buyer (you). For example, our Ragazzon Exhaust systems ship directly from their facility in Italy.
Our apparel & mugs are “made to order”. Meaning each item is produced just for you after your order is placed. On average, items take approximately 5-7 business days to produce. We ship from the USA, but also have manufacturing partners located in Canada, Australia and the UK, to help with International Shipments (although some products may only ship from our USA facility). As soon as your items ships, you will receive an email update with tracking if applicable.
